Effective date: August 3, 2026
These Terms govern your use of AIRTIME, an iOS and Apple Watch app for recording athletic performance, including vertical jumps, sprints, workouts, readiness, and coaching insights.
If you downloaded AIRTIME from the Apple App Store, your use of the app is also governed by Apple's Standard End User License Agreement unless AIRTIME provides a separate custom license in App Store Connect. You can review Apple's standard license at apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula.
AIRTIME provides performance measurement and training information. It is not medical advice, a medical device, or a substitute for a qualified coach, physician, athletic trainer, or physical therapist. Stop using the app and seek professional guidance if you feel pain, dizziness, injury symptoms, or unsafe training conditions.
AIRTIME uses Apple Watch motion sensors, iPhone camera data, AR calibration, and software analysis to estimate athletic performance. Results can vary based on setup, lighting, Apple Watch fit, camera position, athlete technique, and sensor availability. You are responsible for reviewing results before relying on them for training, recruiting, or competition decisions.
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. You may delete your account from the Profile tab in the app or follow the instructions at airtime.one/account-deletion.html. Our collection and use of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy.
You agree not to misuse AIRTIME, attempt to interfere with its servers or security, reverse engineer protected service behavior, upload unlawful content, or use the app in a way that could harm yourself or others.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of AIRTIME after the effective date of updated Terms means you accept the updated Terms.
