Account Deletion

AIRTIME lets you create an account to back up performance history and use account-based features. You can delete that account from inside the app.

Delete Your Account In The App

Open AIRTIME on your iPhone.
Tap Profile.
Scroll to Account.
Tap Delete Account.
Confirm deletion when prompted.

What Gets Deleted

Your AIRTIME account record, including email and username.
Server-side profile data.
Server-side jump sessions, sprint sessions, zones, personal best records, workout logs, and leaderboard-related data linked to your account.
Password reset tokens and authentication data linked to your account.

What May Remain Locally

Deleting your account removes server-side account data. Performance data and photos stored locally on your device may remain until you delete the AIRTIME app or clear local app data from your device.

Timing

Account deletion is processed immediately in the app where supported. Any remaining server backups or operational records are removed or de-identified within 30 days, unless retention is required for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, or payment records handled by Apple.

If You Cannot Access The App

Email jay@legacyintheskies.co from the email address associated with your AIRTIME account and request account deletion. We may ask for information needed to verify account ownership before deleting data.

Subscriptions

Deleting your AIRTIME account does not automatically cancel an Apple subscription. Manage or cancel AIRTIME Pro from Apple ID subscriptions at apps.apple.com/account/subscriptions.
